It is a Habu Snake that is indigenous to Okinawa. They pickle the snakes and then put them in sake. Habu Sake. If anybody gets bit by a Habu they have to leave the island because if you take the antivenom once it wont work anymore after that.
Sound pretty poisonous. Have you tasted the Sake?! I don't think I could...
